Lovely piece. Haven't seen one for sale for a long time, only pictures. Very nice. Those shroud lines look as if they almost to scale..... I have trouble enough scaling these and 'dead eyes' on model ships...
On items like this, there was a bronze 6ID statuette in the Barakus (spelling is probably incorrect) sale - which you mentioned having sold. I think that one went for 1500 with premium etc..... They sent me some pictures... Yummy. |
