RSFD related to the Light Infantry

I've recently acquired a Light Infantry Bugle badge with "RSFD" on it.
Made in anodised aluminium
Size is 45mm x 43mm ,so larger than a standard LI badge. Same size as a full sized KSLI cap badge .
Fittings are north and south square wire loops.

Does anybody have any ideas as to who or what the badge is for
