Boring pile of post and no badge yet, will lie in wait for poor old postie tomorrow. Breathing steady.

Thanks Mike, not negative at all, it's good advice and the main reason I have been lurking absorbing information rather than jumping in to buying all guns blazing. There aren't many places around here(rural Cambridgeshire) I could get caught out buying something dodgy face to face because there is beggar all here, not even many militaria fairs to my knowledge.

That's quite something! Do you have a favourite or two? I like the badges on enamel top right and the horseshoe with the bow on top. Very sweet. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Allison!

Welcome to the Forum ☺
I share your interest in WW1 history and collect mainly to that period. Lots of very knowledgeable and helpful members on here!

Though I must say you are the first to get the MCR quote ☺

Cheers

Colin

Welcome Allison, I too do a lot more looking than posting, but you will find most here are eager to help. Glad you found Andy, you will find him a pleasure to deal with (disclaimer: Andy did NOT pay for this advertisement...lol)

Westmids and endici are also fine dealers and members here.

Cheers, Tim

Did MCR wear STs too? Lol
