Default It's new to me

I was browsing through the few AA badges I have and a lot of the Scottish ones have no maker mark on them but I came across this RLC marked TKS and have to admit it's not a maker I've come across before.

Its not just on the slider, its repeated on the badge back itself, underneath the slider.
