Default Help with HAC badge ...I think

Hi folks

I've had this on my HAC board for ages but now can't find any reference for it, have I got it wrong?
It's silver wire, cap badge size not collar and modern.
Cheers
Sean

With the missing ‘HAC’ it would be an officer’s No.1 Dress hat badge (for the Marching Detachment) - also used as an officer’s beret badge for HAC Corps of Drums and the Band.
