A bad day for us all Didier - we are, as they say, all in this together. The people of France are demonstrating their traditional courage in adversity. Mike

We try to understand the incomprehensible. One can only ask what the terrorists hope to achieve.....And Why? My thoughts and prayers go out to the people of France as they struggle to cope with this terrible tragedy.

The world feels like a colder place today. My thoughts go out to everyone affected by this tragedy.

Very sad that extremists think this furthers their cause. As a non-French resident of France, I know the haters will not shake the French spirit.

Je suis Paris.

An absolute tragedy,

I'm sure we all wish to support the families of the deceased and injured and the people of France in general, a sad occasion indeed.

Well said Mike, France is in contact with an intolerant evil. It has faced evil before under different banners - it prevailed. It will prevail against this hatred.

Vive la France !
