Blackburn OTC
Yorkie,
No ontry for this badge or unit amongst the 3200 entries in Keith Rawlings book on cadet insignia. Was there a Public School in Blackburn that went by another names, and are the motto and badge the Arms of Blackburn? Stephen. |

Design and motto seems to be that of Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School, Blackburn.
