Default some new additions

Well after a period of abscence, due to my daughter being ill , I've got back in the saddle with my collecting. and thanks to a fellow member have got my 2nd SAS title that i've been after for a while, and also commited to a nice 1945 maroon Kangol beret from JDR. so very happy with these and thought I'd share them and any comments that my forum buddies may wish to make.

Default few pics

Hi Jon,

I don't have any great SAS collection, as its more airborne related, but heres a few pictures of my other items, also pictures of my grandads SAS beret, who served in the 1st SAS from 44 - 45. Also a picture of my grandad at the 50th Anniversary event in normandy, he was also in 6th airborne before joining the SAS, and had previously went in on Pegasus bridge, sadly no longer with us now

Lovely pictures Neil and well done on the title.
Super to also see a pic of your grand dad wearing his maroon sas beret. Indeed reason to be proud.

Cheers,
JB

It is great that you are dedicated to the military past and heritage of your family. These are irreplaceable family heirlooms. Well done on the additions, they provide fascinating context - All very interesting and commendable. Regards Mike
