Default Ebay producing fewer results for cap badges.

I search on ebay for cap badges, world wide. Over the last week or so, although the results figure is around the same as usual, the actual number of pages of results is less than 25% of the usual amount and likewise my checks take about the same percentage of the usual time. I can see no obvious reason, no extra filters etc. Anyone else noticed similar? Regards, Paul.

Over 64,000 results when ‘cap badge’ is searched on UK eBay. How many more do you want?

I used to search 30 pages a day Luke but I've only had six new pages or so a day for a week or so. Yes. the figures showing are what I expect but the amount of newly posted items available for me to view are not there. I can take it that this is not happening with you. When a glitch happens on ebay it quite often does not happen to everyone. Can you tell me how many pages (and items a page) you are seeing over a 24hour period Luke? Regards, Paul.

I was wondering if I was the only one noticing the abscence good badges on epay. Little to chose from other than over priced common badges and a plethora of junk. Nothing has shown up on this side of the pond and even offerings from regulars in the UK are a small fraction of their former volume.
I have only scored four badges off epay this year.

It seems to me that there has been very little on offer since the turn of the year. I have made one bid at auction so far. Ive bought a few items from e..y but not a lot. My little badge.fund that i use to fund my collecting has slightly more money in it than it did.
I do find it strange but i suppose the market goes through peaks and troughs of price and volume.

Its not just badges, I do a general Militaria search for the 1914-18 period and although the stated number of matches are about the same i'm finding far fewer pages to search each day. Regards, Paul.
