Just a note, the GSC was formed in 1942 so the QVC version is not from that, it being the general service pattern etc, but not General Service Corps or General List even.

Army Ordnance Corps (Other Ranks) also wore the 'Royal Arms' General Service Button - Only the Army Ordnance Department (Officers) wore an Ordnance button until the merger into the Royal Army Ordnance Corps in 1918
The Ordnance button with bottom scroll is in fact Indian Army Ordnance Corps. I am away at the moment, but will look in my spares box re AOD button next week |
