Dear All, Might this be a Glengarry or pagri badge?

Default Thanks

Any estimate on period of wear? late Victorian? The short lugs made me lean more to Glengarry but after 50 yrs I'm still learning each day...

Anytime between 1881 and 1895 when the regiment was wearing the glengarry.

It is a possibility that it was also worn on the Foreign Service Helmet, yet no photograph has been found to confirm this.
