I had the nerve to tell eriktheviking31 that this item is a fake:
eBay item number 270487231334 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...m=270487231334 He was not a happy badger and put me straight: "HI FRIST OF ALL LET ME TELL YOU THIS IS NOT A REPROPUCTION BADGE AND MY OTHER BADGES ARE NOT IF MY BADGES ARE LISTED AS ORIGINAL THAY ARE ORIGINAL I HAD MORE THEN 20YRS IN THE ARMY AND IVE BEEN COLLECTING MILIATRY ITEMS FOR MORE THEN 40YRS SO PLEASE JUST THINK BEFOUR YOU SEND MESSAGS SAYING THERE BADGES ARE COPEYS MANY THANKS" Any views please?

Well first of all either he is a really bad typist or he is as poorly educated about the use of written English as he is about manners.
The first badge he lists is a white metal MGC. I am not a MGC expert but such badges have been discussed on the forum before and they were not well received. Last edited by Alan O; 25-11-09 at 07:02 PM.

You can't really say it's a pretty badge, well pretty comes into it.........pretty bloody awful !!! it's his attitude that puts him off my Christmas Card list ???
Dave. PS, I've just had a look at his other gear, where on earth did he get all those Volunteer badges from ? no wonder I can't find any decent ?? Royal Scots badges, he's got them all, and people are bidding on them, it's another springtinacar driver ??? this just helps to prove my point that not everyone wants genuine badges..........unless, of course, these bidders think genuine Vol badges start at a fiver ??? DC.

His badges are a shame! Look at his Royal Scots "badges" in his listing... and he dares selling that? I would be ashamed! It's a "crime" and many were shot for less!
