Good evening everyone and may I have your thoughts on the following badge. I have had the the RDF Officers' glengarry badge for many years but a recent item sold on Coldstream Military Antiques has raised questions in my mind. My badge has the tiger over the elephant over spectamur agendo, all in silver and the gilt grenade is as usual with seemingly correct loops. The Coldstream M A badge has the RDF Fur Cap silver overlay, hence my confusion. I have attached fore and aft shots together with a RIF Officer's glengarry for comparison. I would welcome any help/advice as I have been unable to trace any illustration of my badge. Thank you.

Thread in wrong forum. Apologies. Can't see how to delete it.
