Default Air Force Badge ??

I`ve seen this badge before, but for the life of me, I can`t think what it is, must be having a moment...

Belgian army Service Corps, I think it's a collar rather than cap badge.

Badge in the opening post is "Arm-of-Service" badge, at one time worn on both the shoulder and collar (don't know if this is still the case).

The Belgian RASC cap badge has the same design in the centre, supported by two rampant lions, all on a banner with the initials, RASC.
