HELP WITH WW1 SOLDIER - ROYAL ENGINEERS
Hello,
I came across the attached medal in my Fathers belongings. I have been trying to find the information on this soldier who I believe was my Grandmothers (?} husband or Brother. The medal is the WW1 medal made out to 341274 Pnr J NOLAN RE On the reverse is 'THE GREAT WAR FOR CIVILISATION 1914 - 1919' The medal still has the original WW1 medal ribbon. At 81 I have no one else to turn to. Any help would be much appreciated. MJ Wright |
