Default unknown buttons to ID please

Hi Gents,
Would be be grateful if anybody could identify these buttons please.
First button has the motto " toujours pret" and the letters M & R on either side of the cat made by Green & Baker Birmingham,
Second button I suspect is a gilt livery button with the name "Nottingham" on it. This button is made by Jennens & Co London.
Many Thanks.
Colin

Hello Colin

Your 'Nottingham' button looks like a 'mufti' button for the 45th (Nottinghamshire) Regiment of Foot.
