Default Shropshire Yeomanry

A particularly clear photograph in that the unit identifier SYR 218 can clearly be seen on his bandolier.

Thanks for sharing that, a splendid image. If it ever needs a new home, drop me a line.

Here is my example, the 'T' shoulder title isn't all that clear but the cap badge is much more visible.

Don't want to be picky, but it reads SYR to me (wouldn't SRY be Sherwood Rangers Yeomanry?)
