Unknown Australian Formation Sign?

I believe this is a WWII vintage Australian patch. Could someone please identify the unit for me?

The mid blue square with light blue centre inset signified the Australian Army Catering Corps, 1943-1945.

The grey outer border signified that the individual wearing the patch was a volunteer for unrestricted service outside Australia as a member of the Australian Imperial Force.
