OCTU Hat Badge - 1 Training Group - circa 1988
Officer Cadet Training Unit Hat Badge - 1 Training Group - circa 1988
This is an anodised badge with 2 protrusions on the back. I have seen these also in brass with pinbacks, lugs and also a slider version. There is some conjecture about the authenticity of this badge (it was available for sale in various messes as a private purchase badge) but this particular badge was worn by the 1 Training Group (located in Wacol, Queensland) RSM (circa 1987/1988) who gave this to me a couple of years ago.
