PTF MFG - On War Service Badge

Sorry to repeat this but I put it in the lapel badge category and am wondering if it's been missed in there.

ADMIN please delete one if it's in the wrong place.

I picked up a badge like this badge on Sunday because of the "on war service" element but I'm wondering if anyone tell me what I have?

Who is PTF manufacturing and would this be WW1 or WW2?

If it's any help the dealer was based in Doncaster so I'm assuming it will be from that sort of area but I can't find anything on google.
