Width 20 mm..general: Height 2 mm The Battalion was raised in Edinburgh in February 1915 by Lord Rosebery as a 'Bantam Battalion'. The Earl of Rosebery's family name was Primrose. The badge was given to all ranks by Lord Roseberry upon raisining the battalion and was worn as a collar badge on one collar only. The battalion served with 35th Division.
