Default Seeking Formation Identification

The first one pictured is that of the The Royal Scots Dragoon Guards. Is there a subdued version or a version in Desert Camouflage?

What unit wears the second one?

Are original examples of these easy to come by?

1. Formation badge for Headquarters Scotland from 2014, prior to then it was 51 Scottish Bde, slight differences in the badge which I can not see in the image. Only a coloured version.

2. Tactical Recognition Flash, for the Royal Regiment of Scotland. Colour, subdued and desert versions.
