Default Victorian Helmet Plate Genuine? Help please

Hi Can any one help with this helmet plate, I think it might be a repro.
Bought at a car boot , for not a lot.
I think its the Lancashire Regiment.

Im sure you are correct in thinking it as a reproduction.
Usually the lions are applied with pins.
It is to the Duke of Lancaster’s Own Yeomanry
