WRAC Requirements Have Changed It Seems

I stumbled upon this is surfing WRAC badges, and had to take a second look! I am sure that in this instance WRAC must, I hope, stand for something else!!! If not, I'd hate to see her legs!!!

Well they look like the WRAC when I was in....ONLY JOKNG!
I think someone has done a slight mix up, unless of course it does stand for something else.
Made me laugh though.
