Unknown Foreign Badge For ID Please

Hello All

I received the badge pictured below in a collection of mainly British WWII era badges but don't have a clue what it is. It is 39mm tall by 31mm wide and has a double pin.needle type attachment on the rear.

Also pictured below is a small half moon which looks like it has had 2 pins fitted. Any idea on this one as well please (approx. 25mm wide).

Both badges will be going for sale once identified as they are not in my area of collecting so if anyone is interested please let me know.
