Default Today's lucky! pick ups

Had a bit of a washout at Nantwich today but my driver TonyB got lost behind a tractor and turned us in to antique centre to find these at a very reasonable price.
Also picked up the Manchester Sweethearts in another thread.
Really pleased with the Cheshire's and most deserving to represent my GGrandads time with the 13th Bn in WW1.
I think the LF grenade may be purposely adjusted/made for wear on fsc or pagri
Thanks to Tony for the swap for the OSD RA badge

Paul,

The LF badge with slider appears to be just the broken off top of a regular LF badge.

regards

My initial thoughts to Simon, there is a similar type/size grenades with loop or wire fixings for wear on the fsc

Paul, the lows and highs of badge hunting
Enjoyed our day out, thought I would add my pick up for comment, I assume a Staff Officers' cap badge???
The Cheshire's is a beauty.
Tony.

Tony,

More likely to be Extra Regimentally Employed (E.R.E.) officers cap badge rather than a Staff Officer.

regards
