Default 4 Unknown buttons

I bought these at the weekend, I assume the larger two,24-25mm are Livery buttons?

The smallest one (17mm) appears to have the initials W M B C?

The Silver on Gilt 20mm button bears a lion very similar to one shown in Colin Churchill' History of the British Army Infantry Collar badge (Fig 350) but the makers mark appears too modern to be a pre 1881 2nd South Devon Militia Mess button??

Any thoughts welcome

Rob

Top right is Trinity Hall Boat Club, Cambridge; can't help with the others.

Or Wigan Metropolitan Borough council?

Second thoughts - it's a Yorkshire rose.....

With a roped edge, perhaps another boat club? Can't find it in Roger Revell's book, though.
