Hi could I ask for some advice regarding the above site?

I have just joined and payed the subscription, tried to find information to names from a photagraph of the 1st R.U.R. prior to "D-day" this when in "Personell" you search a name, trying on ones I know (died in action) these come up, others I get nothing? What am I doing wrong? Can you refine this to just the R.U.R. by date? Just looking at the Officer's, wishing to see who in the R.U.R. may have rebadged to the Parachute Regiment, have found 2 so far by different means, becomming P.O.W.s and both died in Fallinbostel Stalag XIB

Sent a message to enquire if there was an easier way to research the R.U.R. on "D-day landings" in "Contact Us" but then had a message to say that will be £35.
