Default CDN Red Cross War Service collars?

Picked these up. Quite small, only 17 mm x 17 mm, Birks made, with pin backs. Since they are a matched pair, I am assuming they are collars. My question is, if so, which badge would they go with? I also got a pr. of WVSC CDN Red Cross collars, which I did not know existed, so not that badge. The CDN Red Cross Corps badge (VA8) I've seen with Red Cross disk collars, but as these also say 'Corps' and 'War Service', would they be variant collars for that badge, or something else entirely?

Hi David, I don't think these are collars. They appear to be lapel pins worn on civilian dress (as opposed to the Red Cross uniform).
