Default Need information on Royal Welsh Fusilier named uniform

Named to Major S. Lloyd
The Royal Welsh Fusilier
Need help with shoulder patch and to confirm insignia are correct WW1.
I believe I read somewhere that spelling of Welsh changed to Welch after WW1. Buttons are Welsh.
Any information on insignia being correct WW1 or any info on Major S Lloyd - would be greatly appreciated

The belt is not a British Army Sam Browne.

The 13th (Service) Battalion RWF wore a red equilateral triangle on the sleeves, originally on both sleeves and then on the right only with the 38th Div badge on the left.

Btns beat me to it, the regiment reverted back to Welch in 1920, and I agree with Tim in that it’s not a British Officers Sam Browne, nice looking tunic though.
