Thanks. It's clear where Kipling and Gaylor plagiarised their information from. It's a shame that they did not properly attribute EJ Martin's work. He deserved to be recognised for his work. The amount of letters he must have written is amazing.

As you say, it's a pity attribution wasn't given in K&K and Gaylor, it's difficult to understand why the trail of "evidence" is interrupted by ommission of source.
