Para Wings - Date of Manufacture Please?

I'm not clued up on these matters - can someone date these wings for me please?
They measure 32 X 85mm.
I don't plan on moving them on, it's time I got around to labeling them up properly.

Thanks, somebody'd suggested it might be from around that era at the time I bought it (10 years ago) along with a batch of unrelated formation signs, cloth titles etc.
That's another one labelled up.
