Searching For Title of Book

Some time back there was a thread dealing with the WW II SAS. It mentioned a book published in English and Dutch which dealt with the uniforms and insignia worn by the SAS and other units during the War. The book came in two editions. I need the title of the book and publisher. Thank you.

No, that isn't the book. The one I am looking for was published in Dutch and English. One edition was like 30 Euors (?) and the signed edition was 135 Euros.
