Default Fife & Forfar Yeomanry Officers Collars?

Are these a pair of Fife & Forfar Yeomanry collar badges please, and are they officers? They measure 25 mm x 25 mm are bright (polished or bright gilt) on the fronts, black toned matt gilt on the backs.
At least, I think that's what they are rather than buffed up OSD badges.

Looks it, police or perhaps bus, tram company or similar? (I have a number of different police "4" collar numbers, including worn by me, but no exact matches to that one).
