Default Liverpool Pals review St George's Hall

General interest. Had this a few years now. It appears to be the review of the Liverpool Pals at St George's Hall, but mainly shows Kitchener, Lord Derby etc.

Great emotive picture Billy, I wonder what regiment the officer on the far right of the picture belonged to, don’t recognise his cap badge.

Looks like the Chief Constable of Liverpool! He appears to have a signalling stick in this right hand.
