Here's a revised diagram of where I am at the moment. I've added in the RND as regulars serving under the RN though I will probably not (be able to afford to) include them in my framed collection.
Gone from v1 are the RHA (no badge in 1918), Remounts (part of ASC), HAC (not regular - though they were only there to represent the non-regular units). The schoolmasters and army gymnastic staff are also out (as they were neither classed as regimental nor departmental) and, similarly, the School of Musketry was an Establishment like Sandhurst and Woolwich so that's gone too. The 5L now follow the 4H instead of the 17L (the order they have in the Army List, as described by King's Regs 1912/14) QMAAC is now WAAC (as it was in Mar 1918) I've also tweaked the order of the departments (only the ASC, RAMC and AVC were 'Corps' in Mar 1918). Great project. You will save a few quid on the RND, I’m not sure all the battalions still existed in 1918, but you will spend it if you add the other RM units that did exist in 1918, Labour Corps and Engineers, both had their own distinct badges.

A very nice layout and useful information.
Thatr siad, you have the text "GMG Bn", but it was a full regiment with up to five battalions. See: Guards Machine Gun Regiment
