R.N. Fleet Air Arm Wing
Would this wing be considered early or pre WW2 without the crown, or is it an Air Crew of later vintage? thanks Jack

if they are repro , I will stand corrected. I have not seen any fake ones around...
the wing style is the same as previous I have owned, though the anchor is slightly different... further info most welcome |

I would consider it to be very unlike an original in every way, not only the design, the details are clearly not correct, but, the materials it has been manufactured from differ a great deal too.
Can you get a refund? |

Reverse.
I peeled back the reverse to reveal the inside. It has what feels like a disc on the back behind the anchor. I know black light is not a perfect science but nothing glows. Long piece of pressed paper for a backing. Thanks Jack

I am not overly keen on these. I would be erring toward reproduction.

Thanks to everyone for their input. A result of straying too far from what little I know regarding wings. Best Jack

Never mind, they are certainly around, at a price, of course, so as long as you are happy to pay you should have no problem in getting an example at some point in the future.
