Default When you think you have it, look again!

Yesterday's finds! Not a bad day!

Initially I thought I would have some doubles OSD Royal Malta Artillery cap badges, but on closer inspection realised that the KC cap badge besides the blades being contemporary relocated, the Maltese cross is missing it's continuation behind the wheel. While the QC has a fixed wheel unlike the other example in my collection which has a rotating wheel. So two new examples to add to my collection Grenades with Malta scroll are Gaunt London marked unlike the ones in my collection. For close-ups refer the my RMA album.

Unfortunately two examples of the smaller gilded RA buttons have their shanks broken. However the Civil Defence and Malta Police are in very good nick.

Today had the pleasure of adding them to their respective displays.

And just look at what the cat dragged in yesterday! Been after this for eons and finally it's home, in very fine condition nevertheless Also another Gaunt gilded grenade to go with it's twin.
