Def. on ebay? Looks like a beret in my collection, the collar badges being affixed to the beret when I bought it in Peterborough years ago. (Not a problem if it is by the way, at my low level of research, photography and collecting I have no problem with anything I put up on the interweb being used by others).
I have another 1950's or 60's R. Leicesters green tomb stone beret, with bimetal badge. |

An image shown on "Tiger's in The News".
I think it's showing a "large" R. Leicestershire badge with correspondingly larger green tomb stone rather than a "beret sized" badge being worn by an ex-serviceman so perhaps / probably not as worn during service? https://sites.google.com/site/tigeri...-photos-page-2 |

In that case, apologies mate - it was years ago and from memory I thought it was on Ebay, my bad ( maybe it was before it came into your possession?), I just kept the image in my records.

No prob at all, as I said, if I post things on the Web they're fair game although I understand people who put a lot of time, effort, research and perhaps money into their subjects getting annoyed.
I think the "collar badge beret" is a 1960's dated one, I'll dig out the two berets I have. |

Presumably, though the old Soldier's service continued into at least the 1950's.

I would get a second opinion on the fat cat! It looks to me like somebody has drilled holes behind the scrolls to fool the buyer into thinking they are vent holes

Sorry the fat cat belongs in a Felidae all of its own - as Alex points out they look to be drill holes, no to this one, cheers Dean
