Andrew,
Could be Middlesex Yeomanry going by their stable belt colours? Note the green outer borders on the belt like the background of the tie.

Further research shows broader stripes on the ties worn by the Middlesex Yeomanry Concert Band.

The red/white/green is used on Merchant Navy ties, though I think the stripes run diagonally down right to left, not left to right, though I have no idea if that makes a difference, I don't know much about ties.
