Default RFC Buttons

Hi All

Can anyone tell me if this RFC button is genuine I have 3 picked up in the early 80s there are no makers name on the back, also would anyone have an idea of value as I will look to move them on as I collect to Scottish regiments.

Thanks
Martin

Appears to be a blazer button, (Flat). My tunic button is domed. (Convex) much the same as the later RAF ones.

I agree, all of the RFC tunic buttons I had were domed, and this does look like a blazer button being flat.

I wouldn't throw them away, they could well be late WW1 other ranks buttons, possibly issue or possibly to buy from the NAAFI.

I agree. The reverse looks flimsy.
