Hi All,

Here is a recent find I'd like to share. Hard to see, but scratched on the rear is "L F" at top, then "Leopold Frank". I believe this slouch hat badge belonged to 2503 Trooper Frank, L. Time Expired 4/11/01 File#493, these details found on a South African War website.

I'm particularly pleased to have this badge as my father had one similar but swapped it at some stage when he was collecting.

Any other information concerning Trooper Leopold Frank would be gratefully received.
