3 is South African - Cape Mounted Rifles post 1902.

#2 is listed in Renfrew's book as "Khartoum Province cap badge" (number 1316)

I would suggest that the first badge is perhaps a police badge.
Shanghai Police Service??

Sure,

I believe there are 2 volumes, I have the first one.
