Has any further information come to light regarding these badges? To my knowledge, they were never worn by the UK Camerons. Could they be Commonwealth, or just old errors, fakes?

When I looked into this a few years ago, I found that a number of Canadian 'all GM' badges that "appeared" to be like UK badges.

Thanks for that. This came with a small group of good badges and I had suspicion these might be Commonwealth, in this case Canadian.
