Piece of silk ribbon
Anyone any ideas please on this piece of silk ribbon, it may not of course be military but any suggestions welcome.
Thanks P.B.

It seems pretty clearly a bit of medal ribbon to me. It isn't ringing bells at the moment though it is reminiscent of the 1901 Tibet Medal, which has one green and one white either side of a red center stripe. The green and white bits may indicate one of the Muslim nations too.

Thanks Peter,
It is 4" wide so a bit big for a medal ribbon. Peter

Qatari ribbon
Peter,
This is a piece of sash ribbon for 'The State of Qatar Sash of Independence' (Qashah al-Istiqlal); it is the third highest Qatari order. George |
