Mystery printed badge

I have recently stumbled across this printed badge and would welcome any suggestions as to its use. It measures 50 mm X 40 mm and as mentioned is printed.

British, WW2, 214 Indep Inf Bde (JW1: 318). Worn from about Oct 40 - Dec 41. You're very lucky to have stumbled across it - it's quite rare and desirable.
