Default Silver pouch badge not sure on regt

Ive had this pouch badge for a while,i have it down as a KRRC pouch badge. But if you look at the front, the leaf engraving makes me think it may not be.
Dimensions are 38mm x 38mm.
Its hallmarked:- anchor ,lion and J. Which according to the chart is for 1908.
The makers stamps shows JRG and 2 that i cant read. Im presuming that its JR Gaunt made and the unreadables are & S.
Id be very grateful if somebody can throw some light on it for me.
