bugle cords, questions

Hello
I think that Royal Regiments have Royal Cord (red-white-blue), correct ?
but what about the other Regiments, what color ?
can you show genuine examples of cords, WW1 or WW2 ? please

Rather than start a new thread, I thought I would just add to this one

So, I have an old bugle without any cords and would like to brighten it up a bit. Now, I am a complete numpty on this subject and a trawl of ebay shows cords in many different colours.

What colours are used by who (or should that be whom )?

Royal Regiments wore red/yellow/blue rather than red/white/blue dont they?
Dorset Regt wore green.
Just realised I'm thinking of Drummers rather than Buglers.
That's me out of ideas for the moment.

Try using a bit of black silk G(I) String.
