Terry, The band shoulder titles are quite new, I think from 2004 and the WRAC were disbanded in the early 90's, cannot remember date and absorbed into the rest of the Army. I am sure a member will know the date.

Thanks Jerry! I knew the WRAF C was gone, but also knew they had a band, but did not know the band titles were that recent. Explains why I haven't seen one for them.

The Central Band of the Women's Royal Air Force, which was one of only two all-female bands to exist, transferred some of its musicians to the Band of the WRAC after it was disbanded in 1972. Since the early 1990s, women have served in all British Army bands. The instruments, assets and personnel of the former WRAC Band became the new Band of the Adjutant General's Corps on the 6th of April 1992.
