Look in the arch that follows around the crown (on the back of the badge shown in this thread). Commencing just above the "M" of "COMMONWEALTH" and following that arch around you should be able to read "A FLAVELL" and then around by the other lug, "MELBOURNE"

They are not all marked by the maker.
